Rooty Hill Chess Club Refund Policy

Tournaments

  • Full Refunds will be issued if a cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the start of the tournament.
  • Partial Refunds, amounting to 50% of the entry fee, will be issued if a cancellation is requested within 24 hours before the start of the tournament.
  • No Refunds will be issued after the start of the tournament.

Membership

  • Full refunds are issued if no discounts have been claimed as a Rooty Hill Chess Club member within one month of becoming a member.
  • No refunds are issued after one month of becoming a Rooty Hill Chess Club member or if a discount has been claimed as a member.
